We are delighted to be working once again alongside a rapidly growing company based in the heart of Brighton who are looking for a Customer Care Team Manager. This company is fast approaching being one of the markets leading organisations in terms of sector and looking for a Team Manager to come on board who understands that the customer is at the forefront of everything they do. With this role you will build, train, support and develop a high performing team of customer service agents. The role will entail but not be limited to:

  • Ensure the team is delivering high performance and quality customer care
  • Supporting and coaching the team by carrying out side by side listening sessions
  • Regular team meetings on ways to improve services to customers alongside 1 to 1's
  • Monitoring and controlling the progression of any unresolved customer issues
  • Ensuring KPI's are targeted and met from all agents
  • Reporting statistics from the agents to your Line Manager
