Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working alongside a brand-new client based in Hertfordshire who are specialists within their field. Due to progressive growth they are looking for x 2 Customer Care Agents on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to come on board and join their bubbly and dynamic organisation and really add value. Here you will be at the forefront of the customer journey so attention to detail and great communication skills is a must. The role of a Customer Care Agent within this organisation will be responsible for answering in & outbound calls, live chats and emails are dealt with in a professional manner. Taking ownership of customer complaints/escalations to ensure they are resolved quickly while ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

The role will entail but not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service through various methods (telephone, email, live chat)
  • Managing the Customer Service inbox
  • Ensuring new customer accounts are set up correctly
  • Highlighting any trends in customer queries
