Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a returning client in Kensington, West London recruiting for temporary Customer Support Advisors to join the team, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Rota runs Sun - Mon 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm and Sat 7am - 3pm.
Your role is to provide personalised customer service, in a multi-channel environment (email, webmail, livechat, phone) providing first class customer service and first point resolution.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing quality support by managing customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Pro-actively contacting customers regarding deliveries or delays
- Being the first point of contact for our fleet and partners
- Working closely with the Operations team to improve the product and customer experience
What you'll need:
- Customer Services experience, ideally within a logistics based role but not necessary
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Zendesk experience essential
- It is essential one has resent and least 6 months contact centre experience
Start ASAP for a 3 months plus temp contract.
