Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
I am once again supporting one of my longest standing clients as they continue to grow. I am now looking for a Client Service Manager to run 2 campaigns from an operational viewpoint.
Your main responsibility will be to constantly liaise and communicate with the client to ensure you are able to effectively drive performance within your teams, focusing on metrics such as customer delight, quality assurance as well as other essential KPIs and SLAs.
You will sit on top of a team of 8 direct reports including, Team Leaders and training and quality executives across an FTE of c120.
Aside from the core remit of client ownership your day to day duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Training & Coaching
- Budget Control
- Identifying areas of growth
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Operational Leadership
- Client Maintenance
To be successful you must at least three years' experience within a Client facing contact centre function. You will need to demonstrate your previous exposure to operational leadership and campaign management. It is essential you can articulate your experience of high influence within a client driven environment.
