Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a worldwide, market leading brand with their recruitment of a Global Customer Service Training Manager to be based out of their offices in the Thames Valley (or possibility to be based in London a few days a week). This role will also involve a significant amount of UK and International travel.
You'll be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the customer service operations to identify training needs and skills gaps for an FTE of up to 500. Utilising your team of trainers, you will take ownership of the design and delivery of high-quality training programmes across the businesses global network of internal and outsourced offices.
By constantly reviewing learning & development needs and opportunities you will ensure the customer service team is work to their full potential with continuous improvements in performance and skillsets.
To be considered for this role, you must be a strong motivator with 7+ years experience in Customer Service/Training, including over 3 years of managing a training team of 3+. An effective problem solver with excellent presentation skills and who is tech-savvy is required to succeed in this fast-paced, hands-on business.
Due to the business being very people focussed you will need great relationship building skills and the ability to understand cultural and personality differences and the impact this has on the end to end delivery of a training programme.
