Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be working with an ambitious and market leading brand as they look to recruit a Contact Centre Training Manager to be a key member of the senior management team, taking ownership for training within their growing Sales & Service contact centre operations.
You will take responsibility for the training function for both new and existing employees, onboarding new starters and creating best practices and training strategies. Through working alongside Sales Managers and leaders across the business you will identify training needs and skills gaps subsequently taking ownership of the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging group and individual training programmes.
This is a sales driven environment so you will play a key part in ensuring operational compliance and upskilling the teams towards achieve their personal and collective sales targets. The business is looking for a creative individual who will create interactive training sessions, as well as exploring off-site and e-learning options.
To be considered for this role, you must be a strong coach and mentor with experience of taking ownership for the design and delivery of training within a fast-paced sales contact centre.
