Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are pleased to be working exclusively with a long-standing utilities business in Rickmansworth who are recruiting for a Team Leader/Team Manager within their customer bookings department on a temp to perm basis and to start ASAP.

Working as part of a busy and growing team you will remotely oversee and manage the relationship with a high-volume outbound team based in an outsourcer offshore. This is target and KPI driven role that will require an individual with strong experience within an outbound contact centre customer service or sales environment.

You will conduct daily calls with the outsourcer to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and targets are being achieved, offering coaching and guidance where necessary, additionally you will attend meetings with senior management to feedback on performance and achievements, whilst ensuring customers are being given a high level of customer service at all times.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have either worked for an outsourcer or in-house managing the relationship with an outsourcer.

This is a temp to perm role, as such you must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to be offered a permanent position after this. You will also need to have a driving licence as you will have to travel to offices in Ware for meetings as and when needed.
