Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
CCP is proud to partner up to a multi-national, financial services business as they are looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader within the Front Office Team in central Peterborough.
- You must have a background in providing high levels of leadership, as they need a customer focused leader who is used to delivering a great standard of Telephony customer service.
- As a company they need to meet tight telephony SLA's so will need you to be flexible to help deliver the best service.
- You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
- £25,280 to £37,920 depending on experience and outcome of the competency-based interview
- Annual bonus of 10% plus depending on performance

To be considered for this role you MUST:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience, particularly in a Telephony environment
- Understanding of financial services distribution, advisory businesses and process
- An understanding of both wrapped and unwrapped product, pensions and mutual funds are desirable
- Understanding of platform technology solutions, wrappers and investments
- Working knowledge of workflow tools
- Hold IOC/IAQ qualifications
- Relevant people or business management qualification and experience of Lean Six Sigma desirable
