Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary and interim staff within the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a highly established, energetic business as they look to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee Customer Operations within a fast paced, 60 FTE, multichannel contact centre.
Through effective and inspirational leadership you will be managing, coaching and developing a team to deliver the highest level of service to customers, ensuring KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics are met and consistently improved on. Internally you will be responsible for increasing staff retention and employee engagement so as to maintain a happy and reliable workforce.
The business is going through a period of digitalisation, as such we are looking for an individual who is experienced working within a multichannel contact centre that emphasises use of digital channels. You will also need to be strategic and change focussed in order to improve efficiencies and drive the business forward.
