We are delighted to be once again be working alongside a well-established client who pride themselves on offering the best services to their customers and clients within the travel industry. They are looking for a Complaints Advisor to come on board and join their dynamic and forward thinking team based within Epping Forest, Essex.
The role of the Complaints Advisor within this organisation will be to work within the busy customer service team provide and professional yet personable resolution of all customer complaints. You will be the first point of contact for all customer related issues. If you are looking for your next step into growing company with a thriving team and great benefits this may be the role for you.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Determining the cause of any of any problems within customer complaints.
- Explaining and trying to provide the best solution for the customer
- Ensuring all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
- Multi-tasking on more than one computer system
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- MUST have experience working with Microsoft packages ( Word and Excel )
- Experience within previous customer service roles ( complaints )
- Must have good organisational skills and able to multi-task
- Work well within a team.
