Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.
We are pleased to be supporting a well-established Financial Services business as they look to recruit a Claims Manager to manage, develop and engage a growing multi-channel claims team in delivering an outstanding claims service to consumers.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that ensures claims are dealt with efficiently and effectively and to a very high level of quality in adherence to FCA regulations and service standards.
Through the constant evaluation of processes and procedures, as well as managing headcount and training needs effectively, you will strive to ensure customers receive the highest and fairest levels of service whilst minimising risk and continuously improving.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have operationally managed a consumer claims team working in a multichannel contact centre, as well as having experience of taking ownership for the delivery of KPIs and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally you will need to have a strong working knowledge of the Insurance market and the various regulations surrounding claims and complaint handlimg.
