We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and market leading FinTech business who are offering a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an exciting and high-profile project within one of the UKs fastest growing start-ups.

As a KYC (Know Your Customer) Team Leader you will be leading a team of KYC Administrators who form an essential part of the back-office team, ensuring all new customers information is legally compliant. You will initially be required for 4 months, however there is every opportunity that the role will turn permanent after this period.

What You Will Need:

  • Flexibility to work shifts covering nights (6pm-8am) and Weekends (day and night)
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week, starting ASAP
  • Experience managing a team of 8+ within an admin or customer service role
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to provide 1 UK based employment reference
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent commiunication skills
