Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a new client who is on the market for a sales agent based in the heart of West London, who has experience within the travel industry.
We are looking for some one who has a passion for the travel industry and putting customers first making there dream a reality!
- You need to be organised and able to manage your own diary day to day to ensure your customers get to speak to you.
- To be inspired by the customer's ideas and make into an actual recommendation for a holiday
- To be able to build rapport on every call and see every call as an opportunity for you and your customer
- An understanding of selling principles and to be able to close the deal
- To be focused and driven to achieve targets
- To maintain a positive mind-set to overcome challenges and barriers to selling
- To handle customer queries that involves admin which is not selling
- To handle customer complaints and resolve at first point of contact whenever possible
Skills / Experience / Requirements:
- Strong selling skills
- Strong customer service
- Experience using AtCom and Galileo DESIRED
- Experienced seller of holidays
The shift patterns are varied on a rotation between:
08:30 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday
08:30 - 20:00 Friday
09:00 - 18:00 Saturday and bank holidays
10:00 - 17:00 Sundays.
