Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working with a leading brand in Uxbridge. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Billing Manager to lead their Outbound Telesales team.

Traits and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide direction, while leading by example and achieving your own sales targets,
  • Ability to teach your team how to identify new opportunities and to manage the entire process,
  • Ability to provide real-time reporting,
  • A good communicator with great motivational skills,
  • Sales driven and hungry for success,
  • Manage a Telesales team within B2B / SME sectors,
  • Follow up on marketing leads, and use own initiative to find own leads,
  • Work to KPI's, SLAs and pipeline,
  • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives,
  • Develop good knowledge of products and services etc,

In return, you will earn a basic salary of £35,000 (OTE £40,000), plus benefits.
