Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client who are going through a significant period of growth in the Midlands. Their operation is currently undergoing significant change and transformation, and as such they are looking to bring in a new and experience CCM who has previously managed operations with inbound and outbound service based telephony as well as multi-channel elements such as webchat and social.
The current operation size isnâ€™t too important as they are growing very fast, and they have asked us to source a manager who has previously been responsible for circa 150FTE within their operation.
My client work within a very sociable environment and they are looking for someone with the relevant skill set as well as the right cultural fit and personality. This is not a suit and tie / corporate environment, far from it in fact.
