Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be supporting our client who are a fast growing, international business based in Buckinghamshire who are seeking a Senior Complaints Advisor to join their small customer relations team.
As a Senior Complaints Advisor, you will act as the key point of escalation sitting in between the Complaints Advisors and the Complaints Manager to deal with customer escalations by telephone, email and social media.
It will be your responsibility, to ensure that complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner as well as with your knowledge and experience in this area, work to the best of your ability to resolve customer complaints to prevent further escalations by carrying out in-depth complaint investigation, provide support and give advice to the Complaints Team to ensure they are delivering the highest customer service experience.
The successful candidate for this position MUST have at least 3+ years' experience working within a Complaints role within a contact centre environment. Experience of working within the utilities sector is preferable and you will be a dedicated, strong minded and professional individual who is willing to work in a challenging environment.
The salary for this position is £19,000 basic plus 10% bonus and 25 days' annual leave.
