We are delighted to be working with a brand-new client who is seeking a Sales Team Leader who has experience in a Financial Services Background based in Crewe.

My client is looking for a hands-on Tea Leader who has a can-do attitude and is not afraid to get on the phone to demonstrate best practice. You will be responsible for 10 Agents and ensuring that the customer journey and regulations are being followed correctly.

This will be an outbound function using a dialler however all calls will be warm leads! This is not a cold calling environment!

  • KPI Management

  • Good understanding of processes, best practice, and regulations
  • Flexible approach to a dynamic changing environment

Must Have Experience:

We are looking for an individual who is process driven with a detailed outlook on the business needs. Someone who is key to performance management and managing KPI's, SLA's and Targets. This is a very human environment

  • Team Leader experience 2 years+
  • Financial Service background essential!
  • Management of 8 or more agents
