Contact Centre Partners is pleased to be supporting this market leading business with its recruitment of a Resource Planning & Forecasting Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting and scheduling for a 100FTE, multi-channel, inbound and outbound contact centre.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to manage adherence to forecasting, resource planning and real time management and you'll work with a range of stakeholders to manage average handling times and shrinkage as well as supporting the maximising of operational efficiencies.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of WFM technology, manual planning using excel, the ability to analyse historic data to drive effective planning and scheduling and real-time management.
This is a fast-paced environment which requires an individual who is proactive, driven, has an eye for detail, is a team player and isn't afraid to present new ideas to peers and management for the good of the business.
