We are delighted to be working alongside leading the UK's number 1 specialists within their field who are currently recruiting patient support executives. In this role you will be the first point of contact for new customers.

Role entails but not limited to:

  • Responding to all new customer communication via telephone, emails and live chat
  • Making outbound courtesy calls
  • Management and booking appointments
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded

Must Have:

  • Contact centre or come from a sales service environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using databases
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Confident in building a rapport over the telephone
