We are delighted to be working alongside leading the UK's number 1 specialists within their field who are currently recruiting patient support advisors. In this role you will be the first point of contact for existing customers.

Role entails but not limited to:

  • Responding to all customer communication via telephone and email
  • Answering all queries articulately and empathetically
  • Management and booking appointments
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and exceeded

Must Have:

  • Contact centre or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Confident in building a rapport over the telephone
