Contact Centre Partners is pleased to once again be supporting our client in their search for an Operations Manager to be a part of their transactional Risk division.
The transactional risk team is responsible for identifying and assessing risk levels using automated processes each time a financial transaction is made across their retail platform.
To be considered for this role you will:
*Have experience of, and be able to demonstrate an ability to hire and develop leaders
*Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a team of investigators through 2 layers of management (150-200 FTE)
*Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
*Lead and deliver against SLAs, ensuring KPIs across recruitment, attrition, productivity, and cost per transaction are achieved
*Engage with peers across EU and US regions to ensure operational objectives are collectively met
As well as looking at transactional process risks, you'll be an integral part of the customer journey ensuring that, through seamless transactions, that a world class customer experience is received and felt by each and every customer.
This is not a pure contact centre role, however, experience of how a transactional contact centre operates will be beneficial.
In addition to the above requirements, you will:
*Come from a transactional environment (retail, eCommerce, financial services or similar)
*Have the ability to deal with ambiguity
*Hold strong leadership principles
*Be proactive in mindset with the ability to identify potential risks before they present themselves
*Possess an analytical mind so that datasets are best utilised
