We are delighted to be supporting an amazing American brand who are coming to the UK market in September 2018 and are looking to build a fantastic team here to assist with their ambitions of conquering the UK initially, and Europe thereafter.

This brand is incredibly forward thinking, fast paced and customer centric.

Founded in 2012, our client brought top talent together in its Silicon Alley headquarters to create a new concept in fitness. They're dedicated to creating an innovative fitness experience that makes working out at home a viable, exciting option. They deliver a fully engaging experience using technology to make every workout effective, and the social connection to make every workout addicting.

Their new UK operation will be based in Kings Cross, London and they are looking to build a sales-through-service operation to support their customers here in London initially, and across the rest of the UK and into new European regions thereafter. Once "members" have signed up, thats when you will take over managing the Member Services function, handling customer queries and delivering world class service.

To be suitable for this brand you must be incredibly passionate about delivering phenomenal service and preferably someone who is hungry to develop I the role and evolve as the business continues to thrive.

Ideally you will have an interest in technology, or health and fitness but this is not essential.

It would also be an advantage if you spoke a second major European language with their expansion in mind, but this is not a requirement.

The basic salary will be accompanied with a host of excellent company benefits.
