Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We have been engaged by a client to support them with an interim Contact Centre Manager role, starting ASAP in Leicestershire for a period of three months, possibly extending thereafter.

My client needs a hands-on leader of people, managing teams, implementing change and driving performance. This is not a strategic role but instead is very people-focused.

  • First stage interviews by telephone: Tuesday 17th October.
  • Face2Face interviews: Thursday 19th or Friday 20th October.
  • Start Date: Monday 23rd October.
