Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to be working exclusively with an amazing utility business going through a period of significant change and transformation as they look to bring in a new HR & People Project / Programme Manager in their Reading operation.

The Reward programme is designed to reshape the way our client rewards their people and drive tangible improvements in employee engagement. The successful candidate will be required to deliver projects designed to improve the Reward Promise to their employees. They will work closely with the business unit HR teams, the central HR functions, Trade Union Partnership and other key stakeholders throughout the business.

What will this role involve?

You will be required to:

  • Manage the Reward and Pensions 3 year plan, ensuring project plans are up to date and dependencies and resource requirements are flagged as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Reward Projects, ensuring the solutions designed support the Reward Promise and Business Strategy.
  • Work with Internal Communications to design an engaging communications strategy and reward brand to support the programme delivery.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to support effective change and communications management in order to engage, align and inspire them to embrace the Reward transformation.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful delivery of HR related projects in a complex environment.

You will have good knowledge of pay and benefits structures ideally with experience of working in Reward or Reward related functions and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be tenacious and delivery focussed.

You will be a strong communicator, who is used to delivering change programmes.

A valid UK driving licence would be beneficial as there will be some travel required to other company sites.
