Contact Centre Partners is working closely with a world renowned banking business as it seeks a Head of Fraud Strategy to join a newly formed internal operation based in the City of London.
Initially a stand alone role; you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a comprehensive fraud strategy whilst working closely with governance both internally and outside of the business. No financial services experience required but a solid, in-depth and continuous career in fraud strategy to date is essential.
To be successful in this role, you must have an influential and collaborative approach to engaging with key stakeholders across multiple divisions which will enable you to research, formulate and seamlessly implement a robust fraud strategy to allow early detection of suspect activity and mitigate financial loss and minimise disruption to both the business and affected customers.
