Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We have begun a new exclusive piece of work with a brand new client to help them bring in a UK Head of Customer Service. This position is the second most senior within the entire business and is newly created.
My client has been established for over 30 years and now operates in 19 countries and provides an extremely important service and product.
As the Head of Customer Service you will be looked upon to completely own all customer contact covering operations and strategy focusing on development built around company values.
You will have the autonomy to deliver best in practice contact centre processes that cover but are not limited to, metrics, structure, performance forecasting and reporting. You will need to be able to drive through excellence in CSAT, internal and external engagement.
Everything you do should have a focus on growing the business as well as growing the loyalty, and excellence in customer contact.
A proven track record in a similar role is essential to the success of your application. If you are used to taking your direction and passing on information rather than being a high instigator and influencer this is not one for you.
