Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are delighted to once again be supporting a fantastic new client in their search for a Head of Customer Service.

This role is to reshape, redesign and manage a customer service function within a private equity backed business going through a period of consistent growth here in the UK.

At present, my client has no concept of what good looks like within service. The business has a fragmented operation with a mix of office and field-based customer service representatives.

The entire customer service proposition needs to be drawn up, designed, and delivered into this business so that our clients can promote their world class service in addition to their world-class products.

My clients have an office based in Middlesex, but this role will only require the successful applicant to be based on-site at Head Office for 2-3 days per week. For the other 2-3 days per week you will be out in the field liaising with your field-based customer service team who are interacting with your customers on a daily basis.

Salary: £85,000

Bonus: £15,000

Car Allowance: £6,500
