Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
Once again we are delighted to be working a brilliant business going through a considerable period of change and transformation.
I am looking for a HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, managing an operation and a team of approximately 500 customer facing employees, ensuring customer experience and employee experience is phenomenal. Whilst some skills from within a contact centre are transferable, you MUST have experience of managing an operation that has real-time face-to-face interactions with their customers. The role is a 24/7 operation and is paying £60-80,000 (dependant on experience); it also offers a great benefits package. The role is based towards Heathrow with occasional travel to London.
