We are delighted to be supporting this phenomenal business in Hertfordshire as they look to bring in a new Head of Contact Centre for their nights operation.
The business is market leading and operate a truly digitally enhanced customer service operation with nearly 2000FTE liaising with their customers from within this omni channel operation.
The night shift is 8pm to 7am, and the role works on a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off. The role will be responsible for circa 400FTE via four Contact Centre Managers.
