This is a Europe wide search for an experienced Senior Operations Manager. This is a position that will lead a virtual customer support team for one of the world's biggest organisations!
Your task is a simple one - push through continuous improvement within a fast paced business while being able to add motivational value to your teams, focusing on employee development.
You will have the final say on all metrics effecting both internal and external factors such as customer experience and customer satisfaction. You will be the owner of all operational activity, including but not limited to:- quality, productivity and processes.
To be successful, as mentioned above you must be able to speak German at a fluent level. You should also be able to demonstrate your previous experience in senior operational leadership, driving decisions from a view data and factual point of view. Although the search for this vacancy has gone across all of Europe it can be stationed in either Germany or Ireland.
It would also help if you have previously managed virtual teams.
