We are delighted to be supporting a brand-new client who are a prestigious healthcare company based in London with their requirement for Front of House/Receptionists.
As a Front of House/Receptionist, you will provide a timely, efficient and courteous welcoming of clients to the clinic. You will provide clients with registration forms and accurately input data into the system and ensure each patient is checked in efficiently and correctly for their appointment.
You will ensure consultants have the correct room allocated and that it is ready for each clinic as well as print off clinic lists for consultants each day and leave in room with any relevant post. You will escort patients to the treatment room and providing refreshments and general assistance to all.
The ideal candidate for the Front of House/Receptionist role will have previous experience of managing a front of house/reception function. Someone who has come from a healthcare background would be preferable as well as being a friendly, professional, well-spoken and well-presented individual is a must.
You must be used to dealing with high end customers and be able to deliver a first-class customer experience at all times.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8-8pm on a shift pattern working an 8-hour day of either 6am to 2pm, 8-4pm, 10-6pm, 12-8pm.
