Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be able to offer two new opportunities to the open market on behalf of a new client within an exciting and rewarding sector.
Our client is undergoing a large project that essentially is going to see their current model of customer contact transformed into a developed, measured and highly efficient centre of excellence.
As a result, they are now looking for two professionals that are able to drive the Operational change to achieve this monumental goal. Taking control of this you will take responsibility for the following:
- Structural Change
- CRM Implementation & Coaching
- Multi Skilling a Workforce
- Reviewing end to end interaction processes
- Setting and Supporting KPI's and SLA's
- Full Daily Operational Management of centre
This is a fantastic role suited to someone that can be highly visible and constantly in the thick of the day to day life of the business and this job role. In order to be able to really influence this exciting change and development you should be able to demonstrate your experience and achievements in a similar role within Customer Contact.
