We are delighted to be supporting a brilliant charity based in London with their need for a Customer Service Vendor Manager.
You will be responsible for managing the relationship with the charities outsourcer, driving performance and offering solutions to improve the service proposition.
You must have previous experience of managing vendors within a customer service contact centre environment. You must be both hands on as well as being a strong communicator for internal key stakeholders and external clients of the business, supporting the business within its change agenda, striving for continuous improvement.
