Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are excited to be supporting one of our longed standing clients as they entre into a new phase of change and improvement. This is the first hire as the most senior person within this new team. You will effectively be charged with evaluating current processes and developing new strategies to improve customer journeys.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Owning the service strategy
- Develop new materials, policies and procedures.
- Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement
- Co-ordinate & Manage Projects
- Performance Monitoring
- Use modelling, dashboards and other data streams effectively
To be successful you should come from a similar role and be able to demonstrate your analytical skills and financial acumen. You should also be able to clearly articulate your experience and achievements in developing customer contact business processes and the customer journey or customer experience by proxy.
Although not essentially if you can match all the above with previous exposure to working within a vulnerable customer project it would be extremely advantageous.
