Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a returning client based in Swindon Customer Service Support Team Manager. You will be responsible for 8-10 agents on the front line with the aim of first line resolution via multi-channels.
- To take full accountability for the day to day delivery of the Service Support Team Advisors
- To manage individual/ team performance and behaviours
- Input of process improvement and analysing trends to improve service through all channels
- To provide Operational Data and insight to the CSD Management Team daily
- 2 years minimum experience as a Team Leader in a Contact Centre environment
- Managed a team of 10 or more agents
- Proven track record of reducing attrition and enhancing performance
- Experience working in a fast paced, first point of contact environment
