Contact Centre Partners is proud to have been selected as the exclusive staffing partner to this multi-national, financial services business as they look to increase headcount within their customer service centre for an initial 3-month period.
We will be running several assessment centres at our client's Essex site as we look to recruit 3 temporary customer service team leaders. The first assessment centre will take place at the end of July 2018 and team leader applicants may be asked to attend and be part of the screening process for the 30 advisors which we are also looking to recruit.
You must have a background in leading a customer service team; ideally within a telephone based, contact centre-type environment where you will have overseen a team of advisors who provide very high levels of customer service.
You will be expected to be available to commit to a 3-month contract and those candidates who succeed in this temporary role will be offered the opportunity to stay on permanently.
