We are delighted to be working with a brand-new client based in the City of London who are on the market for three customer service executives who are looking for that next step!
With this role you will be given the opportunity to work across the wider business and develop your skills with a clear progression plan. We are looing for individuals who want to go above and beyond for the customers and the business.
Job overview, but not limited to:
- Providing support to users by phone, email, social media and chat
- Troubleshooting and finding smart solutions to any issues
- Communicating clearly and concisely
- Sharing user feedback with our product and technology team
