Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a retuning client who are based in Watford. They are on the market for a Customer Service Executives to join an inbound based team who will be multiskilled across, Email, Live Chat and Telephone. This is a regulated environment so being able to work to regulations and frameworks is important.
We are looking for a customer service eccentric who goes above and beyond for the customer. You will be dealing with a variety of customer queries from complaints to general questions
Job Overview but not limited to:
- Updating the CRM system with call notes following every customer interaction.
- Supplying necessary documentation as requested.
- Ensuring that all customers meet legal requirements
- Keep customers fully informed at all times.
- Ensure if they are promised a return call/email that this is done.
- Prioritise work according to defined service level agreements and the effect on the business.
- Maintaining documentation and information
- Contact Centre Experience
- Experience working within a regulated environment. Preferred sectors Finance or Payroll
- Must be flexible in working approach
- Team Player and Quick thinker
Monday - Friday 0800 - 2000 (37.5hour week)
Saturday 0900 - 1200 (1 in 4 and paid as overtime)
