We are delighted to be working with a new client who are looking for a number of customer service advisors to join their growing business based in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer centric and is quality focused to help customers with general queries and support.
You will be multiskilled across different departments and channels of communication including telephone, web chat, social media and email.
Overview but not limited to:
- Take ownership of complaints and queries reducing the need for escalation
- Actively promote service
- Have a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Maintain KPI's, Targets and performance
- Handle new accounts and existing accounts
- Contact centre experience of 1 year or more
- Regulated background desired not essential
- Desire to learn new skills
- Proactive attitude
