Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are continuing to support our industry as the need for experienced Customer Service Trainers increases. Our latest client now looking to bring in this skill can be discribed as a new, fresh and exciting brand that fits into three catagories, tech, start up and hospitality.

The customer contact function currently operates across inhouse and offshore BPO sites. The role of the CS Trainer is simply to be able to be the driver behind designing and executing all necassary training requirements across the usual areas, including: Onboarding, Quality, Team Leader skills, 1 one 1 managemet and so on.

Using both individual assessment as well as collective quality data you will be required to constantly improve the service offering across both in house and outshore functions. This may mean that a limited amount of travel is required.
