Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a client as they seek Temporary Customer Service/Complaints Agents to work within their very busy inbound call centre in North London.
Our client is looking for up to 6 new temporary customer service advisors to assist with a very urgent project.
You will be taking inbound calls, which will entail complaints handling, exchanges, refunds, returns and some admin duties will be involved.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
- You must have native language skills of one of the following: French, German, Italian, Spanish or Dutch as well as English,
- You will be able to show great customer service skills and have empathy while speaking to customers,
- It will also be advantageous to have a background in a contact centre environment although not wholly essential.
