Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are now working with a brand new client that after a large organisational restructure are building all aspects of their customer contact function with new, vibrant and experienced professionals. As part of this project they are looking for a seasoned Team Manager, ideally but not essentially with exposure to customer collections.
Sitting on top of a team of 12 collections advisors you will be solely responsible for all Operational activity, escalations and be seen as a mentor to your team.
