Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are currently working with a growing business located in Birmingham City Centre which is looking to recruit an additional 5 customer service agents for their contact centre operation.

Job Details:

  • You will work as part of a Monday to Friday rota team (plus 1 Saturday morning per month) and deal with inbound customer service telephone and email enquiries.
  • Our client understands that no two customers are the same and therefore no two calls are the same, so you will be working in a non-scripted environment which offers lots of variety and we are looking for people to embrace this.

To be considered for these roles (Non-negotiable):

  • You will have strong customer contact skills gained in either a face-to-face or contact centre environment,
