Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are pleased to be supporting a rapidly expanding business within the public sector with their requirement for Customer Service Advisors based in Nottingham.

As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your main responsibility to deal with a varied range of queries from customers through inbound calls, email, letter and web chat. You will deliver the highest level of customer experience as well as trying to find a first-time resolution on all cases.

You will be required to deal with customers who may be dissatisfied, unsettled, upset or angry so you must have the ability to deal with all customers in a polite, professional and empathic manner. You must be an enthusiastic, friendly and apologetic individual who gets satisfaction from helping customers.

The successful candidate for this position must have experience of working within a customer service/contact centre related role. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to deal with basic mathematics.

My client is offering a basic salary of £17,500.

Assessment centres will be held every THURSDAY through October.
