Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

Customer Service Advisors are needed for our client's contact centre in central London.

You will be responsible for admin as a customer service agent. You will start by supporting the team and the engineers, with a view to step up and resolve customer issues and by booking appointments for engineers to install a free product in customer's homes.

Role Details:

  • Start ASAP for the next 7 - 8 weeks (permanent opportunities to the best candidates available),
  • Office hours are Mon to Fri (9am - 5pm),
  • One will be required to work 37.5hrs per week,
  • One must have relevant admin & customer service experience.

To be successful you must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Demonstrate a clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
  • Friendly but professional manner with ability to deliver outstanding customer service,
  • One must be punctual, and reliable,
  • One must have at least 12 months relevant experience within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong level of spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills, and be very well organised with strong admin skills, and able to work independently,
