Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be working with a brand new client to recruit several Specialist Customer Servicing Advisors to join their growing contact centre in Maidenhead.
Our client is in the financial services industry and as a result of an internal restructure as well as going through rapid growth, we are looking for experienced Advisors to join their team.
As the Specialist Advisor you will be responsible for communicating and negotiating with customers via a dialler and email relating to their financial situation. Your duties will include providing service support and solutions to customers, via inbound and outbound calling.
To be successful you will have:
- At least 6 months' contact centre or collections or litigation experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work in within a target-driven and fast paced environment
- A desire to exceed expectations
- An understanding of litigation and the collections process
- Ability to assess, analyse & recommend solutions
