We are delighted to be working with a client who is seeking a Temporary Customer Care Executive based in East London.

My client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is an enthusiastic, proactive thinker with a "can do" attitude and an outstanding communicator with a friendly, approachable, and personable manner. You will be taking inbound calls, which will entail orders, exchanges, refunds, returns and some admin duties will be involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be first point of contact for all customer facing issues,
  • Being a friendly and caring voice on the other end of the line,
  • Managing phone and email communications with customers,
  • Manage and support the order and delivery process.

Experience

  • Must have at least 1 year contact/ call centre experience,
  • Plus 1- 2 years retail experience,
  • Ideally you will have retail or e-commerce experience.

Skills

  • Confident and proactive communicator,
  • Passionate about delivering great service,
  • Perfect English speaking,
  • Knowledge of Magento will be advantageous.
