We are delighted to be working with a client who is seeking a Temporary Customer Care Executive based in East London.
My client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is an enthusiastic, proactive thinker with a "can do" attitude and an outstanding communicator with a friendly, approachable, and personable manner. You will be taking inbound calls, which will entail orders, exchanges, refunds, returns and some admin duties will be involved.
- You will be first point of contact for all customer facing issues,
- Being a friendly and caring voice on the other end of the line,
- Managing phone and email communications with customers,
- Manage and support the order and delivery process.
- Must have at least 1 year contact/ call centre experience,
- Plus 1- 2 years retail experience,
- Ideally you will have retail or e-commerce experience.
- Confident and proactive communicator,
- Passionate about delivering great service,
- Perfect English speaking,
- Knowledge of Magento will be advantageous.
