Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

CCP is proud to have been selected as the exclusive staffing partner to this multi-national, financial services business as they look to increase headcount within their customer service centre for an initial 3-month period.

The company offers a great working environment and culture at their Essex town-centre location. We are looking to recruit up to 60 temporary customer services advisors on a 3-month contract, after which there is every opportunity to stay on permanently.

You must have a background in providing high levels of customer service; ideally in a telephone-based environment. Applicants with a retail or hospitality background will also be considered.

  • Self-motivated and driven to make a difference
