Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are proud to be working alongside a luxury fashion retailer. Due to the brand gaining rapid global recognition you will work alongside a growing team based in West London to ensure accurate, on time and safe delivery of all orders and answering customer enquires and orders via phone, email and live chat.
You MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
- Have a passion for customer care,
- Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and ecommerce environment,
- Well organised, systematic, logical and level headed,
- It is ESSENTIAL one has contact / call centre experience within the past 12 months,
- It is ESSENTIAL you are fluent in English both written and spoken,
- Zendesk experience would be desired.
Are you young and have some charisma and an outgoing personality? Are you available to start work ASAP for a 4 month contract?
You will be required to work 40hrs per week, Mon - Fri 9pm - 6pm, but some weekend shifts will be introduced soon due to customer demand.
