We are delighted to be supporting a retuning client who are a high-end retailer who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
Consistently provide high levels of customer service and technical support customers via multi channels, and assisting with technical support, complaints, and general queries. You will need to be sympathetic and always putting the customer first.
- Management of time to ensure high level of productivity and order throughout
- Understanding of processes and procedures to minimise input error
- Build effective and lasting customer relationships
- Develop high levels of product knowledge
- Manage own workload and objectives,
- Undertake a range of administrative duties as and when required
- Undertake a range of administrative duties
- Ensure the timely processing of returns & credits
- 2 years' experience within a customer service function
- Contact centre experience is necessary
- Adopt the can-do attitude and go the extra mile
- Knowledge of SAGE Beneficial
