Contact Centre Partners is excited to be supporting a unique and highly innovative business with its recruitment of a Business Operations / Customer Insight Analyst within their new London-based offices.

The successful candidate will have total responsibility for providing data led insights to key stakeholders across the operational function which will support the delivery of a world class customer experience to all customers via continuous improvement.

You will act as the subject matter expert for 'all things data' and be proficient in the use of excel. You will have the ability to analyse and interpret customer focused data which will help drive operational efficiency and ensure that multiple, ongoing customer focused projects are delivered against within timeframe.
