Contact Centre Partners is supporting this instantly recognisable brand with its recruitment of a Customer Insight Analyst to be based in Scotland.

Working as part of a team of 12 analysts, you will have knowledge and the experience of analysing and interpreting large, complex datasets, creating and amending both VBA scripts and SQL queries, producing MI reports and turn data into actionable insight for key customer experience stakeholders. You will also possess in-depth, demonstrable advanced excel experience.

To be considered for this role, you'll be hugely customer-centric and operate with a mindset which is fully immersed in the customer journey.
